  • No COVID testing

  • No emergency care

  • No pregnancy care

HOURS & APPOINTMENTS

Patients are seen by appointment only. An appointment can be set up by calling 512-766-9979 to leave a voicemail OR by texting the request to 512-768-8609. Messages will be answered within one business day. 

Clinic Hours:

Tuesdays

10:00 am - 1:30 pm

Wednesdays

6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

One Saturday per month

9:30 am - 12:30 pm

PATIENT ELIGIBILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • No health insurance

  • Accepting new patients

  • Live in the Austin area

  • Call or text to make an appointment

  • New patients should arrive 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork.

  • A mask must be worn in the building.

  • Call or text to cancel appointment if you are unable to come. Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead whenever possible.

  • Patients are encouraged to make a $10 donation at each visit, but no one will ever be turned away for inability to donate.

  • Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may need to wait to be seen or may be asked to reschedule.

  • Children can be seen. No childhood immunizations are offered.

  • People who have health insurance but are struggling to afford high deductibles and copays may receive care at Hope Clinic.
