Patient Eligibility

To be eligible:

☑ No health insurance

☑ Live in Central Texas

☑ 18 or older: Children can be seen in certain non-urgent situations (school sports physicals)

Not eligible if:

☒ Have health insurance (MAP, Medicaid, Insurance through employer)

☒ Do not live in Central Texas

Patient Responsibilities

  1. TEXT 512-768-8609 to make an appointment. A scheduler will be in contact within 1 business day.

  2. TEXT 512-768-8609 to cancel appointment if you are unable to come. Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead whenever possible.

  3. Patients are encouraged to make a $20 donation at each visit, but no one will ever be turned away for inability to donate.

  4. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may need to wait to be seen or may be asked to reschedule.

  • Primary care for common illnesses

  • Chronic disease care

  • Many prescription & OTC medications

  • Basic lab work

  • Basic imaging

  • Flu Shots

  • Medical supplies

  • Nutrition education

  • Well-woman exams

  • Preventative care

  • School physicals (bring school paperwork)

  • Limited physical therapy

Services Not Provided

  • No COVID vaccines

  • No dental services

  • No emergency care

  • No pregnancy care

  • No STI/STD/HIV testing
